116 Pall Mall launches online reservation system

The 116 Pall Mall site in central London has launched an online booking system to promote flexible working.

Open for booking through the venue’s website, members and non-members can check availability and book meeting rooms.

Users can rent the meeting rooms for half a day or a full day. They can also book meetings for 4 to 12 people.

All meeting rooms are equipped with presentation facilities including screens, flipcharts, Wi-Fi, and charging stations.

Users can also book catering options through Searcys, including tea, coffee, pastries and fruit.

The Carlton Brasserie on the ground floor is also open daily for lunch with seasonal menus focusing on sustainable British produce.

Commenting on the launch, Searcys commented, “Searcys launched the new meeting service in response to the demands of a busy multi-purpose venue, with the aim of providing a fast and convenient service for meeting room bookings.

“During the pandemic, we have seen a massive shift towards online discovery and purchase – in everyday shopping, media consumption and hospitality. Searcys has gone to 90% pre-booking in its restaurants and bars, so the launch of online room reservations for meetings and small events is a natural progression of this trend.”
