Booking, online booking services will be unavailable from 11:45 p.m. here’s why

Indian Railways has said that all Delhi Passenger Reservation System (PRS) services will be unavailable for a few hours between March 13-14. Services will be affected due to static and dynamic data compression.

“It is notified for the information of the general public that due to static and dynamic database compression activity, all services of Delhi PRS i.e. Booking, Cancellation, Mapping, Booking Internet, PRS request on 139, EDR services will be unavailable from 23:45 on 13.03.2022 until 03:15 on 14.03.2022 or so,” a statement from Indian Railways said.

Northern Railways, in a statement, said the general public will not be able to access PRS services from 11:45 p.m. on March 13, 2022 until 3:15 a.m. on March 14, 2022. During this time, people will not be able to access services. such as ticket booking, booking cancellation, mapping, internet booking, PRS request to phone number 139 and Exceptional Data Report (EDR) status services.

Railways presents the special Holi trains:

Indian Railways for the convenience of passengers and to generate additional passenger traffic during the Holi festival, the railways have decided to operate special Holi trains. Here is the list of special trains that will be operating special trains due to the upcoming Holi festival:

Train No. 09061 / 09062 Bandra Terminus – Barauni Jn. Special (2 trips)

Train No. 09622 / 09621 Bandra Terminus – Ajmer Jn. Superfast Special (4 trips)

05404 / 05403 Bandra Terminus – Gorakhpur – No Reservation Special (6 rides)

Bombay-Mau (2 trips)

Pune-Karmali-Pune (4 trips)

Panvel-Karmali-Panvel (4 trips)

Bombay-Danapur (4 trips)
