Davidson Hospitality Group has promoted Thom Geshay to CEO / President, effective January 1. Peachtree Hotel Group Appoints Randy Lee as Vice President, Investments
Randy Lee joined Peachtree Hotel Group as Vice President of Investments. His responsibilities will include managing the divestitures of the business and supporting the execution of real estate investments.

Lee most recently served as Director of Real Estate at G6 Hospitality, where he managed the organization’s 510 hotel portfolio, including its Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities (CMBS) obligation. Prior to that, he was Vice President at Mumford Company, responsible for the successful closing of the largest multi-year hotel portfolio divestiture in the organization’s history. He also held the position of Vice-President, Real Estate and Development, Accor North America.

Groups360 promotes Morris to VP of sales
Groups360, an online marketplace for meetings and event booking, has promoted Ryan Morris from VP, Regional Sales to VP, Sales in the Americas region. In the interim, he will report directly to Kemp Gallineau, President and CEO.

Morris joined Groups360 in 2014 and, in his new role, will now oversee new and organic sales in North, South and Central America, fostering stronger relationships within Groups360’s growing and expanding audience in Americas.

Prior to Groups360, Morris held executive and sales positions at Gaylord Hotels in Orlando and Dallas, where he led the sales teams, managed hotel reservations and increased real estate revenue.
